Port of Oshawa Grain Facility

Description

Designed the electrical power distribution system, the motor controls and the automation system for the 10,000 tonne storage and ship loading facility, from the connection to the utility to the sensor level.

Supplied and installed all material necessary to construct an underground duct bank from the utility connection to the 1000kVA transformer, and from the transformer to the electrical room.

Supplied the electrical room (converted 55ft sea container), 1200A service entrance/panelboard, all motor control panels, and all control panels.

Provided construction site supervision for the electrical construction portion of the work above ground.

Assisted client to debug/commission equipment and are providing ongoing support of the facility
