Bucket wheel and hoppers

Description

The project consisted of replacing the bucket wheel on the stacker-reclaimer and upgrading the mobile hoppers up to standard.

Main features

• Removed buckets;
• Removed the bucket wheel;
• Installed a new bucket wheel and buckets;
• Aligned the bucket wheel;
• Reinforced the hopper structure;
• Raised sides to increase capacity;
• Repaired ladders and walkways;
• Corrected hydraulics.
