Description

This project consisted of civil, mechanical, structural and electrical modifications to an existing CV-09 conveyor. This project also included the rehabilitation and realignment of the shore-side rail to accommodate a new ship unloader.

Main features

• Demolition work, reconstruction of the DC-2003 dust collector structure
• Dismantling of the complete sections of the CV-09 conveyor
• Structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering work (concrete and backfill)
• Excavation of new foundations
• Installation of rails, alignment and grouting
• Installation of a belt
• Installation of a dust collector
• Reception and installation of the ship unloader (BMH)
• Commissioning of all equipment
