System Upgrade

Description

As part of this project, Fugère et Fils, newly named Deric Construction, upgraded 31 conveyors. Over 6 weeks, we mobilized 17 workers and proceeded to the replacement of rollers, chains and belts, to the modification of chutes, in addition to oil and grease changes.

Main features

• Inspection of each conveyor
• Maintenance on 31 conveyors
• Replacement of support rollers, impact rollers and return rollers on various conveyors
• Adjustment of belts and belt scrapers on various conveyors
• Alignment and adjustment of belts on various conveyors
• Adjustment of the head scraper and the tail scraper on some conveyors 
• Cleaning of conveyors
