Repair of the Public Place of the ICAO House

Description

Works for the reinforced concrete construction of a water hammer defense system, the lighting of the facades and the installation of a high-dimensional and high-definition digital panel. The main challenges for the realization of the project were the very limited work space and logistics management, the short schedule, the presence of several professional executives, the coordination between several partners and the management of equipment and materials in downtown Montréal.

Main features

• Complete demolition of the outdoor area;
• Reconstruction of the underground infrastructure;
• Construction of safety devices for a total of 340m3 of concrete;
• Complete layout of the exterior including the prefabricated paving stone, the gutter, the planting and the elements of street furniture;
• Installation of architectural lighting system on all building facades;
• Redevelopment of electrical works inside and outside.
