Description
Construction of a pier and waterfront promenade and fabrication of a galvanized steel footbridge for the City of Montreal at Parc Plage-de-Est located in Pointes-aux-Trembles. Installation of 8 drilled piles, more than 120 feet in length, with internal rock anchor. Placement of 82 driven friction piles and 26 driven piles in the bedrock. Deric Construction also installed the cages and cement inside the piles.

- Construction of a concrete riverside promenade, including water features, low walls and furniture;
- Development of a pebble beach and a vegetated riparian strip;
- Various developments including earthworks and plantings;
- Electrical work on the entire site;
- Environmental rehabilitation and management of contaminated soils;
- Installation of bored piles;
- Pre-assembled a galvanized steel module;
- Fabricated a batch of guardrails;
- Fabricated support columns.
